A 6-week course in interpersonal mindfulness. What This Course Offers: This down-to-earth, practice-based course is for anyone wanting to reduce stress, relate with more ease, and deepen their connection with others. Drawing on interpersonal mindfulness approaches like Insight Dialogue, you’ll learn how to stay present not just on the meditation cushion, but in real-life moments of challenge, emotion, and relationship. What You’ll Learn: • Relational Presence Practice being fully with another person - listening deeply, speaking truthfully, and connecting beyond surface-level conversation. • Emotional Awareness Learn to meet difficult feelings with curiosity and care, without reacting impulsively or shutting down. • Nervous System Regulation Discover practical tools to stay grounded and open in the heat of the moment- at work, at home, and in your relationships. What to Expect: Each week includes: • Guided meditations and mindfulness exercises • Partner and small group practices • Simple take-home tools you can use daily Expect to laugh, reflect, and connect. This is an experiential course, not a lecture series. You’ll be gently invited to engage with others in a supportive, welcoming space. Who It’s For: Open to all- especially beginners or those curious about mindful communication and emotional connection. Whether you’re new to mindfulness or looking to bring it more into your relationships, this course offers a fresh and practical approach.

Cancellation Policy
• Full Course Commitment: Payment is for the full 6-week course. No partial refunds will be given for missed sessions. • Non-Cancellable After Payment: Once payment is made, bookings are non-cancellable and non-refundable except in extenuating circumstances. Please email stevemillar@powertolive.uk if this applies. • Attendance is Non-Transferable Week to Week: Only the person registered may attend the course. Swapping weeks with a friend or sending someone in your place is not permitted. • Transferring the Whole Booking: If after booking you can no longer attend the course at all, you may transfer your full place to another person before the course starts. Please contact Steve in advance to arrange this. • Respect for the Group: If you are unable to attend a session, please email Steve in advance. This helps us support the group dynamic and maintain a sense of connection. • Late Starts / Missed Sessions: Late arrivals or missed sessions will not be refunded or rescheduled. Each week builds on the previous one, so regular attendance is encouraged. • Course Cancellation: In the unlikely event that we have to cancel the course (e.g. due to low numbers or illness), a full refund will be issued. In the event of staff illness on a given session, we will provide another member of experienced staff to hold the group.
