Financial barriers shouldn't prevent anyone from being able to get the support they need to live a meaningful life.
Power to Live Foundation makes evidence-based therapy affordable, helping you practice change that strengthens connection and creates real-world impact.
We offer evidence-based behavioural therapies, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Functional Analytic Psychotherapy (FAP). FAP is a relationship-based approach where you and your therapist work with what’s happening between you in real time, so unhelpful patterns become visible and new ways of relating can be practised safely. You’ll build skills in mindfulness, compassion, and values-based action that carry into daily life. Fees are sliding-scale to keep therapy accessible across different income levels.
These are "third-wave" cBT approaches that builds a behavioural model tailored to help you understand what’s been keeping you stuck and support you to take practical steps towards a more meaningful, connected life.
We offer therapy online across UK and in-person therapy at our clinic in Bishopsgate, City of London.
