The mental health charity that provides behavioural therapy to give you the Power to Live a meaningful life.
At Power to Live, we use a highly precise behavioural approach to therapy. Instead of only talking about problems, we study how you actually relate, react, and respond in real time.
The relationship between you and your therapist becomes a window into the patterns shaping your life. Like mapping a landscape through exploration, we work together to understand the forces pulling your behaviour.
From there, we design practical ways to try new behaviours safely in the room before taking them into the world. We focus on what matters to you, your values, your relationships, and the life you want to build.
Symptoms such as anxiety, shame, or loss are not treated as problems to simply suppress. They are signals helping us understand what needs attention and care. When behaviour starts aligning with what matters most, we rediscover our Power to Live.
We offer therapy online across UK and in-person therapy at our clinic in Bishopsgate, City of London.
