Zoe is studying her Msc in CBT at Goldsmiths (University of London) and has a caring, compassionate approach towards relationships. She enjoys using mindfulness to create an environment of curiosity within the therapy room, giving space for people to find breath.

Ileana is a Mexican Psychologist with 5+ years’ experience in mental health. She completed a MSc Child and Adolescent Mental Health at King's College and is studying a MSc CBT at Goldsmiths. Ileana is dedicated to creating a compassionate and safe space for those who want to know themselves better and lead more satisfying lives.

Atia is studying a Masters in Psychological Practice at the University of Roehampton. As an individual from an ethnic minority background, she aspires to create a space for others to feel valued and understood. The purpose of her work is to establish a safe, inclusive and authentic environment where clients can explore their challenges.

Kaya has an MSc in Clinical Psychology from Newcastle University and is currently a trainee psychotherapist at Power to Live. With compassion for people and a love for psychology, Kaya is dedicated towards helping clients explore their difficulties in a warm, safe and trusting environment.

Dia is a placement therapist at Power to Live. She is in her final year of a MA in Psychological Practice at the University of Roehampton. Dia believes in the power of a supportive therapeutic relationship and loves encouraging people to think about their challenges with compassion and care.

Steve has an MSc in Psychology and works as a Social Therapist in the NHS. He is dedicated to creating a safe space for clients to feel welcome, accepted and understood. Placement Therapist

Proscovia is studying a MA in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy at University of East London. She works collaboratively and compassionately to help clients understand themselves, rediscover strengths and increase the ability to trust yourself. Proscovia values differences in terms of race, culture, gender, and sexuality.

Eden is currently studying an MSc in CBT at Goldsmiths having worked for 7 years at NHS England in general practice, policy and strategy. She is passionate about empowering her clients to see their unlimited potential and supporting their goals of having a better quality of life.

Mille is studying CBT as part of her MA in Psychological Practice at the University of Roehampton. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Counselling. Mille enjoys exploring experiences and behaviour in a caring and empathic environment where her clients can share their difficulties without judgement.

Senior Therapist

Clarissa has worked with a range of presentations including depression, anxiety, complex trauma and interpersonal difficulties. She aims to provide a warm, accepting and supportive space for clients to feel safe and explore their challenges. Clarissa is in the second year of her MSc CBT at Goldsmiths, University of London.

MILLIE DARBY

Senior Therapist

Millie joined Power to Live whilst studying her MSc in CBT at Goldsmith’s University in 2020 and continued as a senior therapist after graduating. Millie focuses on building genuine connections with clients, drawing out hidden strengths, improving relationships and fostering self-compassion and acceptance.

Leah Diop

LEAH DIOP

Senior Therapist

Leah has had over 13 years experience working in mental health and is registered with the BACP and BABCP. Having worked with both adults and children provides Leah with a unique perspective in assessing and understanding her clients’ individual needs. She works in a warm, inclusive, opened, non-judgmental and holistic way.

Olivia has a practical and friendly approach and is committed to working collaboratively with clients towards their goals and values. She has a background in law representing prisoners with mental health problems and is currently in the final year of her MSc in CBT at Goldsmiths.

Fran works to create strong, supportive  relationships with her clients and has experience working with anxiety, depression, panic, perfectionism and interpersonal difficulties. She is in the final year of her MSc in CBT at Goldsmiths.

Fergus has been working with Power to Live for over a year, and during that time, he received his MSc in CBT. He has years of experience working with people who need a warm, and empathetic space, that can allow them to open up and feel held when times are more difficult.

Kelsey’s journey to becoming a psychotherapist came out of a career in teaching, as she observed the impact of stress, anxiety and trauma on the wellbeing of both students and staff. Kelsey seeks to bring empathy, compassion and research-driven practices to the therapy room to support clients as they move towards a value-driven life.
