Athalia completed her Masters in CBT at the Goldsmiths University. She is passionate and driven to help others overcome various challenges. She endeavours to create an open environment where clients feel free, empowered and to live a better quality of life.​​​​

A former English and Philosophy teacher, Ryan brings warmth, compassion, and intellectual curiosity to their work, creating a safe space for clients to explore their challenges. Passionate about helping those who feel unsupported in life, he balances professionalism with a friendly touch—and as a self-proclaimed sci-fi geek, they know the value of creativity and imagining new possibilities. ​

Pete moved to London three years ago from Scotland. For the past few years, he has been working in educational/hospitality charities for people with learning disabilities. Outside of working and studying, he enjoys running, travelling, coffee and hanging out with his adorable dog, Bonnie!

Yah Kee Er
Trainee CBT Therapist​​
Yah Kee fosters a warm, safe, and collaborative space for clients. With kindness and compassion, she supports individuals in recognizing their strengths and empowers them to move towards their values. She has prior experience working with the NHS and is currently pursuing an MSc in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy at Goldsmiths.

After a long and varied career in journalism, technology and ecommerce, Mike discovered there’s more to life than staring at a computer screen all day. He now prefers to spend his time helping people to navigate the choppy waters of the modern world, whether they’re struggling with work and career, family and relationships, or mental health and neurodiversity.

Luna Ng
Trainee Behavioural Therapist​​
Luna is a therapist who believes in the power of authentic connection and compassionate support. She believes you are the expert in your own life, and her role as a therapist is to create a collaborative and nonjudgmental space where strengths and challenges can be explored to uncover new possibilities.

Matt Smith
Trainee CBT Therapist​
Matt (he/him) is queer, a northern collage of a human being. His experiences ranges from a background in genetics, to being a specialist PT and yoga instructor to becoming a Psychotherapist. He's interested in equity, honesty and altering the norm. He finds value in the variety of human experiences and truly believes he is unshockable. He brings a lot of lived experience both good and bad to who he is and how he operates as a therapist.

Annie Dahne
Trainee Integrative Therapist​
Annie an autistic ADHDer who is on a mission to help neurodivergent people like herself to befriend their minds and develop self-compassion. She has a real passion for supporting her fellow LGBTQIA+ community and providing an affirming service for anyone who identifies as gender, sex or relationship diverse. She also has a private coaching practice where she provides tools for creative freelancers and business owners to work with their mind and uncover the root cause of what is holding them back from achieving their goals.

Allison Sramek
Trainee Behavioural Therapist​
Allison is a UK transplant from Los Angeles, California. She completed her Master of Science in Marital Family Therapy at California State University, Dominguez Hills and is dedicated in helping clients navigate life’s challenges, fostering resilience and achieving meaningful growth. She is passionate about empowering clients to overcome obstacles, build self-awareness and discover their strengths while in a safe, supportive and loving space.

Iden Obahiagbon
Trainee CBT Therapist​
Iden is a compassionate and non-judgmental trainee therapist with a background in psychology and extensive experience in charity work, advocating for individuals affected by systemic inequality. Her approach is client-centered and goal-oriented. She believes in creating a safe and supportive space where individuals can explore their challenges without fear of judgment. Currently pursuing her Master’s in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Iden integrates evidence-based techniques with an understanding of the broader societal factors that impact mental health. Her work is focused on empowering clients to identify their goals, develop practical coping strategies, and create meaningful change in their lives.

Deborah Lemoshe
CBT Therapist​
Deborah holds a degree in Psychology with a focus on Clinical Psychology, and a Master’s in Mental Health Social Work. She is currently training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Functional Analytic Psychotherapy (FAP). With extensive experience delivering evidence-based, person-centred interventions, Deborah is deeply passionate about supporting mental health and wellbeing. Her aim is to create a safe, compassionate space where people feel truly seen and heard, without judgment.
